In short: Yurest is a wide-ranging management suite for hospitality: purchasing, costing sheets (escandallos), inventory, APPCC, team and central kitchen, aimed at both independent venues and groups of more than ten venues. It does not publish prices: to find out you have to request a demo. Weko brings invoices, the cost of each dish, orders, team, APPCC and reservations together in one tool, and its price is out in the open. If you need a central kitchen, inventory or detailed shifts, look at Yurest; if you want to see the price before talking to anyone, look at Weko.

Price: what you pay with each

Yurest does not publish prices on its website as of 16 Oct 2026. Its menu has no pricing section, its product pages show no rates, and the usual addresses (yurest.com/precios and yurest.com/es/precios) return a page-not-found error. On its home page it only offers “Pide tu demo gratuita” (“Request your free demo”). Nor have we seen on those pages a free trial of the software, or whether there is a lock-in period or a set-up fee.

That is why we do not give a Yurest figure: we do not know it and we are not going to estimate it.

Weko's price is read live from its pricing page, with the tax shown next to the figure: Check Weko's current price on its pricing page

To compare properly, ask Yurest for its rate in writing for your number of venues and put both amounts on the same basis: with VAT or without VAT, but the same for both.

What each one does with your purchases and your costs

Both read your purchasing documents so that you do not have to type them in. In Yurest, the AI Scanner extracts supplier, products, quantities and prices, and its page explains that it compares each line with the price agreed with the supplier and checks what you ordered against what arrived, line by line. In Weko you take a photo of the invoice or upload the PDF, and each product is recorded with its price and its VAT. Weko also has goods receiving, to log what arrives at your venue along with its temperature check.

Both work out what each dish costs you. Yurest says that when a supplier changes the price of an ingredient, the cost of the dish updates automatically. In Weko the ingredient list is filled in from the invoices you upload, with the latest price you were charged, and the costing sheet (escandallo) of each dish uses that price to give you its cost and its margin.

As for supplier prices, Yurest warns you when one raises a price. Weko keeps the price history of each ingredient and each supplier, so you can see when and by how much it has gone up.

Team, APPCC and reservations

Yurest has a human resources module with digital clocking in, shift rosters (“the creation of rosters is visual and intuitive”), overtime, holidays and sick leave that the team requests from the app, and contracts that are signed digitally. Weko handles clocking in from a tablet at the venue or from your phone, and your team's absences and holidays, in the same tool as everything else.

Both handle APPCC. Yurest centralises the critical points, records temperatures, warns of deviations and exports the records. Weko keeps the food safety records from your phone and with a photo. Reservations do not appear on the Yurest pages that we checked; Weko collects those from your website, your phone and your WhatsApp.

Where Yurest wins

There are things Yurest does well, and it is worth saying so:

  • Central kitchen and production kitchens. Its page sums it up like this: “Plan production, control exact costs and distribute to each venue what it needs”. It includes internal orders between venues and the central kitchen, and digital delivery notes.
  • Inventory and stock linked to your POS (TPV). Several employees take inventory at the same time from any device, the ingredients of every dish sold are deducted from stock, and real stock is compared with theoretical stock.
  • An APPCC with more pieces around it. Besides APPCC, it publishes checklists, audits, a document manager with digital signature and labels with dates, batches and expiry dates.
  • A more complete team module. Shift rosters, overtime, contracts with digital signature, and holidays and sick leave from the app, all in its human resources module.
  • Built for single venues and for groups. It has “yurest lite” for independent venues and a solution for “chains with more than 10 venues and central kitchens”, with a dashboard that brings all the venues together.
  • They get you up and running. According to its home page, “Our team takes care of the initial setup and the bulk upload of your suppliers and products”.

Besides that, its home page presents itself as “the only all-in-one tool in Spain” and shows “4.9 de reseñas en google” (“4.9 Google reviews”). These are its own claims, which we have not been able to verify.

Where Weko fits better

  • The price in plain sight. Weko's is published and you can see it in this article. Yurest does not publish prices; to find them out you have to request a demo.
  • Reservations. Weko collects reservations from your website, your phone and your WhatsApp, with no commission per table. They do not appear on the Yurest pages that we checked.
  • Invoices, costing sheets, orders, team, APPCC and reservations in the same place. The price on each invoice you upload flows by itself into the cost of the dishes that use that ingredient, without moving data from one tool to another.

How to choose: five questions

  1. Do you have a central kitchen or production kitchen, or several venues that you want to see on one dashboard?
  2. Do you need to keep inventory linked to your POS (TPV) and compare real stock with theoretical stock?
  3. Do you want reservations, team clocking in and APPCC in the same tool?
  4. Would you rather see the price before talking to anyone, or does asking for a demo and a tailored quote suit you?
  5. How much would you pay per month, with VAT added in both cases?

On its home page, Yurest says its software meets the technical requirements of Verifactu (yurest.com, checked on 16 Oct 2026). In Weko, Verifactu will come later. To find out which date applies to you and what to ask your supplier, read our guide to invoicing software for bars and restaurants.

With those answers, the table above tells you which fits your venue better. This comparison is for information only and is based on what each company publishes on its website on the date indicated. If you are torn between several tools, also see the comparison Weko vs Tspoon Lab.

And if you want this to run by itself

Weko keeps up to date what you have just read, so you do not have to repeat it or remember every change: you take care of your business and Weko takes care of the rest.
