In short: Gstock is focused on purchasing, the storeroom and kitchen cost: costing sheets (escandallos), orders to suppliers, inventories, waste and a comparison between what you really spend and what you should spend according to your sales, and it also targets groups with several venues. Weko brings invoices, the cost of each dish, orders, team, APPCC and reservations together in one tool. If what weighs most on you is inventory and storeroom control, look at Gstock; if you want invoices, costing sheets, orders, team, APPCC and reservations in the same place, look at Weko.

Price: what you pay with each
Gstock's plans page does not publish rates as of 16 Oct 2026. It names the versions and what each one includes, but for the price it refers you to “Request access and rates” and warns that “Advanced modules are configured according to sites, volume and operational complexity”.
Its home page, however, has a savings calculator: you tell it how much you spend on purchasing each month and how many venues you have. For one venue, the “Gstock investment (month)” it shows is €198, and it goes down per venue with a volume discount as you add venues. It is an indicative figure from its calculator, checked on 16 Oct 2026. The calculator does not say which version it corresponds to or whether it includes VAT, and neither page says whether there is a lock-in period or a set-up fee.
What each version includes, according to that page:
- Zero version: basic purchasing, the mobile app, orders, delivery notes and invoicing.
- One version: everything in Zero plus waste, transfers, costing sheets for recipes and preparations, inventories and actual consumption.
- Premium version: adds theoretical consumption, the comparison of actual versus theoretical cost, the stock variance report and connections with POS (TPV) systems, accounting software, suppliers, Power BI and reservation systems.
- Premium + Ventas version: everything in Premium plus production, sales between cost centres and sales with customer management.
Separately, it names add-ons that are activated individually: automations, sales and order forecasting with artificial intelligence, production for production kitchens, delivery note reading and a document archive, Gstock Drive, which is in “Early access” and with “Activation by invitation”.
Weko's price is read live from its pricing page, with the tax shown next to the figure: Check Weko's current price on its pricing page
To compare properly, do not settle for the indicative figure from the calculator: ask Gstock for its rate in writing for your number of venues and put both amounts on the same basis: with VAT or without VAT, but the same for both.
What each one does with your purchases and your costs
Both work out what each dish costs you. Gstock has costing of recipes and preparations from its One version, and on its plans page it explains that “the cost is recalculated when prices and purchase terms are updated”. In Weko the ingredient list is filled in from the invoices you upload, with the latest price you were charged, and the costing sheet (escandallo) of each dish uses that price to give you its cost and its margin.
With supplier documents the approach differs. In Gstock, reading delivery notes automatically is an add-on separate from the plans. In Weko you take a photo of the invoice or upload the PDF, and each product is recorded with its price and its VAT. Weko also has goods receiving, to log what arrives at your venue along with its temperature check.
On supplier prices, Gstock talks about a “Price audit” that detects variations and cost changes. Weko keeps the price history of each ingredient and each supplier, so you can see when and by how much it has gone up.
Team, APPCC and reservations
On the Gstock pages that we checked, neither clocking in nor team shifts appear. It offers APPCC traceability through an integration with another company, Allsaphi, and reservations by connecting with Cover Manager. Weko handles clocking in from a tablet at the venue or from your phone, your team's absences and holidays, food safety records with a photo, and reservations, in the same tool as everything else.
Where Gstock wins
There are things Gstock does well, and it is worth saying so:
- Inventory and waste. Inventory from your phone by scanning product codes, waste control by cost centre and several storerooms with transfers between venues.
- Actual versus theoretical cost. It compares what you have really consumed with what you should have consumed according to what you sold on the POS (TPV). It comes in its Premium version.
- Many named integrations. On its integrations page it names 27 programs in the POS (TPV) section (among them Revo, Hosteltáctil, Square, Ágora, Simphony, Last.app, Winrest, Sysme and Numier), six accounting ones (Business Central, Holded, Contasol, Sage 200 C, SAP and A3 ERP) and suppliers such as Conway, Makro and Havi Logistics, to which it sends orders directly.
- Built for several venues. Its plans page says “Designed for multi-site organisations”, with production for production kitchens and sales between cost centres.
- Sales and order forecasting. It offers an add-on that proposes sales and orders using artificial intelligence based on your history, “Available subject to qualification”.
- Try it first. Its website offers a 14-day trial “With no card and no commitment”.
Where Weko fits better
- The price in plain sight. Weko's is published and you can see it in this article. Gstock does not publish rates on its plans page and on its home page it only gives the indicative figure from a calculator; its rate has to be requested.
- Team in the same tool. Clocking in from a tablet or from your phone, plus absences and holidays. Clocking in does not appear on the Gstock pages that we checked.
- Its own APPCC. Food safety records are kept from your phone and with a photo, in the same tool, so you have them at hand when the inspection comes. In Gstock, APPCC traceability comes through an integration with Allsaphi.
- Reservations. Weko collects reservations from your website, your phone and your WhatsApp, with no commission per table.
- Invoices, costing sheets, orders, team, APPCC and reservations in the same place. The price on each invoice you upload flows by itself into the cost of the dishes that use that ingredient, without moving data from one tool to another.
How to choose: five questions
- Do you have several venues, a storeroom or a central kitchen, and do you need to manage inventory and waste in detail?
- Is your POS (TPV) on the list of integrations of the program you are interested in?
- Do you want team clocking in, APPCC and reservations in the same tool?
- Would you rather see the price before talking to anyone, or does asking for a tailored rate suit you?
- How much would you pay per month, with VAT added in both cases?
With those answers, the table above tells you which fits your venue better. This comparison is for information only and is based on what each company publishes on its website on the date indicated. If you are torn between several tools, also see the comparison Weko vs Yurest.
