In short: Lodgify is holiday-rental software focused on connecting your property to the portals (Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo), giving you your own website with bookings, and automating messages, security deposits and deposits. Weko is not a channel manager: with the portals it only shares calendars to block dates. What it does do is manage the bookings for your property, send the guest registration report (parte de viajeros) to SES.HOSPEDAJES and, if you run a restaurant or bar, handle the rest of the business in the same place. If your problem is the portals, look at Lodgify; if you already have them under control and want something simpler, look at Weko.

Lodgify data checked on 16 Oct 2026 at lodgify.com/es/tarifas and lodgify.com/es/sobre-lodgify. We only compare what Lodgify publishes on its website; if anything has changed since that date, what its page says prevails. Lodgify is a trademark of its owner and has no relationship with Weko.

Price: what you pay with each

Lodgify publishes four plans on its pricing page. These are the prices it shows by default, for one property and in euros, monthly and billed annually (which it presents as “Save 20%”):

  • Basic: €16/month, or €13/month billed annually.
  • Starter: €28/month, or €23/month. Includes the website builder and booking engine.
  • Professional: €48/month, or €39/month. Adds security deposits and deposits, and dynamic pricing.
  • Ultimate: €70/month, or €56/month. This is the one it marks as “Most popular” and it includes guest registration, invoices for guests and the guest app.

It says that the prices shown do not include taxes, that it charges no commission on any plan, that there is no lock-in (“you can cancel your subscription whenever you want”) and it publishes no set-up fee; the Starter, Professional and Ultimate plans include a personalised set-up session. It also offers billing every two years, whose price we have not read.

Weko's price is read live from its pricing page, with the tax shown next to the figure: Check Weko's current price on its pricing page

To compare properly, put both amounts on the same basis: with taxes or without, but the same for both. The Lodgify prices in this article are for one property; if you have several, check what its page shows.

Portals: the most important difference

Here the two are not alike, and it is better to say so plainly.

Lodgify connects directly with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, as well as calendars and Google Vacation Rentals. That is what is called a channel manager: bookings and dates move between the portals and the software.

Weko is not a channel manager. With each portal you exchange a calendar: they tell you which dates they have taken and you tell them yours. It is there so that you do not get two bookings on the same day. But it does not bring in the guest's name or the amount, and each portal re-reads your calendar at its own pace, not instantly. Weko says so on screen. You can connect Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Holidu, Agoda, Rentalia, Escapada Rural, Tripadvisor and other platforms this way, each property separately.

If you sell a lot through portals and do not want to handle anything by hand, this is what weighs most in your decision.

Direct bookings and guest registration

To receive bookings without going through a portal, Lodgify offers a no-code website builder with a booking engine from the Starter plan. Weko gives your property a public page, with its photos and house rules, where the guest chooses the property, the dates (nights that are taken cannot be selected) and the number of people, sees the price per night plus the cleaning fee and sends a request. According to the message the guest sees, the property then confirms it. You can also define flexible or non-refundable rates, with their free-cancellation period. We do not compare card payment at booking here: we do not assume that it works in Weko today.

As for guest registration, Lodgify names an “automatic guest registration” feature (“Registro automático de viajeros”) in its Ultimate plan and says it sends the data to the competent authorities; its pricing page does not say which. In Weko, your property in Spain can send the report to SES.HOSPEDAJES: you turn on reporting, save your credentials once, the guest receives a link to fill in their details before arriving, and you press “Reportar” (Report). With limits, which we have explained in our SES.HOSPEDAJES guide: it does not send it to the Mossos or the Ertzaintza, and it does not collect data such as the phone number, the email, the document support number or the town of residence, which you complete yourself.

Nor does it calculate or declare the tourist tax, or process the rental registration number: Weko has a field to store and display the licence number on your property's page, nothing more.

Where Lodgify wins

Here is the list of what Lodgify does better than Weko, and it is worth stating:

  • Truly connected portals. Direct connection with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, which is exactly what Weko does not do.
  • A much longer track record. It has existed “since 2012”, was born in Barcelona and says it has a presence in more than 180 countries, according to its “About Lodgify” page.
  • Reviews and tools. It shows “4.8/5” with more than 5,000 reviews and mentions more than 100 integrable tools, according to its pricing page.
  • Built for renting. No-code website, automatic messages with a unified inbox, security deposits and deposits, dynamic pricing, smart locks, invoices for guests and a guest app. In this article we do not attribute any of these features to Weko.
  • No commission and no lock-in. It says so on all its plans, with a 7-day trial without a card and a personalised set-up session from Starter.

Where Weko fits better

  • If you already manage the portals with their calendars. You block dates, receive direct bookings and handle the guest registration report for SES.HOSPEDAJES from the same tool.
  • If you also have a restaurant or bar. Weko also handles supplier invoices, the cost of each dish, orders, team and APPCC (food safety plan) in the same place. Lodgify, according to its website, is designed for holiday rentals.
  • If a booking page and the guest registration report are enough for you. Without needing the portals to send you the full booking.

How to choose: five questions

  1. What share of your bookings comes from Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo? If it is almost all of them, you need a channel manager.
  2. Is it enough for you that the portals only block dates, without bringing in the guest or the amount?
  3. Do you want direct bookings from your own page?
  4. Do you have to send the guest registration report to SES.HOSPEDAJES, or are you in Catalonia or the Basque Country, where it is sent through other channels?
  5. How much would you pay per month, with taxes added in both cases?

With those answers, the table above tells you which fits your property better. This comparison is for information only and is based on what each company publishes on its website on the date indicated. If you are torn between several tools, also see the comparison Weko vs Smoobu.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Lodgify cost?

According to its pricing page, checked on 16 Oct 2026, for one property: Basic €16/month (€13/month billed annually), Starter €28 (€23), Professional €48 (€39) and Ultimate €70 (€56). The prices shown do not include taxes. It says it charges no commission on any plan, there is no lock-in contract, and it publishes no set-up fee.

How much does Weko cost?

The price is on Weko's pricing page, and in this article it is read live from there, with the tax shown next to the figure. We do not copy it into the text so that it never goes out of date.

Is Weko a channel manager like Lodgify?

No. Weko is not a channel manager. With Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and other portals it exchanges calendars: that lets you block dates and avoid double bookings, but it does not bring in the guest's name or the booking amount. If you need bookings from the portals to arrive complete and in real time, Lodgify is built for that.

Does Weko send the guest registration report to the authorities?

It sends the report (parte de viajeros) to SES.HOSPEDAJES, only if your property is in Spain, and it does not send it to the Mossos or the Ertzaintza. There is also data that Weko's form does not collect and that you have to complete yourself. The details are in our guide to the parte de viajeros.

Which one suits me better for a tourist apartment?

It depends on where your bookings come from. If you live off Airbnb and Booking.com and want everything to sync on its own, look at Lodgify. If you already manage the portals with their calendars and want direct bookings, the guest registration report and, if you have one, the restaurant or bar in the same tool, look at Weko.
