In short: Haddock is very focused on the restaurant's finances: it reads your invoices, reconciles bank movements with the help of artificial intelligence and sells by plan: FINA and, on top of it, operations or staff. Weko brings invoices, the cost of each dish, orders, staff, food safety (APPCC) and bookings together in a single tool. If what weighs on you most is day-to-day bookkeeping, look at Haddock; if you want the whole venue in one place, look at Weko.
Haddock data checked on 16 Oct 2026 at haddock.app/precios, haddock.app/funcionalidades, haddock.app, haddock.app/integraciones and haddock.app/sobre-haddock. We only compare what Haddock publishes on its website; if anything has changed since that date, what its page says prevails. Haddock is a trademark of its owner and has no relationship with Weko.

Price: what you pay with each
Haddock publishes four monthly plans on its pricing page:
- FINA: €149/month. Invoices, bank reconciliation, incidents, POS sales and products.
- FINA + HR: €198/month. FINA plus staff: clocking in, shifts, absences and employee documents.
- FINA + OPS: €248/month. FINA plus costing sheets that update with every invoice, supplier orders, inventories and stock valuation.
- ALL IN ONE: €299/month. Brings together finance, operations and human resources.
All four Haddock prices carry the note "VAT not included". It does not publish an annual price, a minimum term or a setup fee on that page.
Weko's price is read live from its pricing page, with the tax shown next to the figure: Check Weko's current price on its pricing page
To compare properly, put both amounts on the same basis: with VAT or without VAT, but the same for both.
What each does with your invoices and your costs
Both read your invoices so you do not have to type them in. In Haddock you take a photo of the invoice or delivery note; its FINA plan includes 500 documents. In Weko you take a photo or upload the PDF, and each product is recorded with its price and VAT.
With those invoices, both calculate what each dish costs you. Haddock calls them "dynamic costing sheets" and updates them with every invoice (it is in its FINA + OPS plan). In Weko the list of ingredients is filled in from the invoices you upload, with the latest price you were charged, and each dish's costing sheet (escandallo) uses that price to give you its cost and margin.
On suppliers, Haddock highlights that it alerts you when an ingredient's price goes up. Weko keeps the price history of each ingredient and each supplier, so you can see when and by how much it has gone up.
Staff and clocking in
Haddock has a staff module (FINA + HR) with clocking in from your phone, shifts and rotas, absences and holidays, and employee documentation. Weko handles clocking in from a tablet at the venue or from your phone, and your team's absences and holidays, in the same tool as everything else.
Where Haddock wins
There are things Haddock does well, and it is worth saying so:
- Reconciling the bank. It offers unlimited AI-powered reconciliations: matching each bank movement with its invoice without doing it by hand. It comes in its entry plan, FINA.
- Starting with just one part. You can take only the finance plan (FINA), or FINA with operations (FINA + OPS) or with staff (FINA + HR), each with its published price.
- Many named POS systems. On its integrations page it names eleven: Ágora, Square, Revo, Last.app, HIOPOS, BDP, Sofyman, Glop, Numier, Atecresa (Ategest) and Central Cash by Loomis-Pay. If you use one of them, you know where you stand from the start.
- Backing. It has been through the Lanzadera, From Start to Table and Y Combinator accelerators, according to its "About Haddock" page.
Where Weko fits better
- APPCC in the same tool. The food safety records are done from your phone, with a photo, so you have them to hand when the inspection comes. On the Haddock features page we checked, APPCC does not appear.
- Bookings. Weko collects bookings from your website, your phone and your WhatsApp, with no commission per table.
- The whole venue together. Invoices, costing sheets, orders, staff, APPCC and bookings in the same place, without moving data from one tool to another.
How to choose: five questions
- What takes more of your hours each week: the invoices and the bank, or the day-to-day of the kitchen and the dining room?
- Is your POS on the integrations list of the program you are interested in?
- Do you keep your APPCC on paper and want to move it to your phone?
- Do you need bookings without paying a commission per table?
- How much would you pay per month, with VAT added in both cases?
With those answers, the table above tells you which fits your venue better. This comparison is for information only and is based on what each company publishes on its website on the date indicated. If you are weighing up several tools, also see the Weko vs Gstock comparison.
